Personality: he is a very kind person but due to his past he very timid and will defend himself from people who he thinks will hurt him( he ends up hurting them)
on the outside it looks like he is zoneout or sleepy, but he's wide awake its just how his face looks like normally, he hides his feelings from people he doesn't know or trust

if he doesn't respond to you its because he really can't ever since he was born he is unable to talk (he always carry a board with him ). he loves to tinker with anything he gets his hands on, he is both street and book smart ( when he is not tinkering away he is in the library reading)

Bio: when he was born his voice box was deform ( if that can really happen) so the doctor had to surgically remove it, ever since then Tei is unable to talk.

when he was little kids thought it was awesome that he could talk ( they were weird kids), but later on in middle school the same kids plus more started making fun of him drawing all over his desk, steal his lunch, dump his gym clothes/books in the dumper or in water etc. and then they started calling him tinkerbell because he was silent and he loves to tinker which made him really mad. one day they hit his limit, he grab a pair of scissors and started hitting the kids with stabbing five and killing two. Tei started calming down and realised what he has done. His father and mother heard about this and disowned him that insistent and sent him to an asylum... as time past he started to become more isolated and when ever someone calls him tinkerbell or laughs at him he starts running away in fear or beat them up ( which is very unlikely to happen).
add. info: - before his parents disowned him they taught him not to hit, be mean or make girls cry, so he acts very different to girl the boys he more open to them.

- he loves apples he will start opening up to you if you give him an apple everyday XD

clothes: the left side of his jacket and pants are always shorter then the right, hi always wears heaphones( i don't want to ears) always have that bandage on his cheek and his tool bag
